If you would like to become a member of the Circle of Friends Social Group, download and complete a Membership Application Form.

The membership fees are

$10.00 per year to receive the newsletter by email; or

$20.00 per year to receive the newsletter by post mail; or

$20.00 per year for a couple (two signed forms required) to receive the newsletter by email; or

$30.00 per year for a couple to receive the newsletter by post mail.

Applications together with the membership fee can either be handed to the Treasurer or Membership Coordinator, or mailed with a *cheque/money order to the address below or paid by Direct Debit as described below.

Post Mail

The Membership Coordinator, Circle of Friends Social Group, PO Box 91, Deakin West, 2600. Cheques/money orders should be made payable to ‘Circle of Friends Social Group’.

Direct Debit

Sign and either email your signed application form to mail@cofsocialgroup.com or post it to above and Transfer (bank or internet) your application fee to Community CPS Australia credit union by entering:

A/c No.:  03473123

Reference:  ‘Your name’ – Membership. It is important that you do this so we can reconcile receiving your direct debit membership payment.

A newsletter will be emailed or posted to members each month. If members do not receive a newsletter email the Secretary at mail@cofsocialgroup.com or telephone Elly on 6288 9638. We encourage members to receive the newsletter by email so that they may also receive any special notifications. Special notifications are generally sent by email only as the cost of providing such information by post would be excessive.
